Hello Red, I nominated you for the 7 X 7 Link award, check it out… :)

7 x 7 Link Award

The how-to for this award is I have:

  • to thank my nominator (Dolly incessantly rocks)
  • to tell a secret (If this keeps up, I am going to have to invent a secret life just to have a secret left!)
  • to share seven particular blog posts (Maybe I should have put it to a poll.)
  • to nominate seven bloggers for the award (More goodies to pass around!)
  • to post the award on my (post, side bar, virtual trophy shelf)
  • to notify the winners (Note to self: Reread instructions when you think you are finished.)

Secret

I do not read what I write.

Blog Posts

I had a hard time with this one because of my secret. So, I had to spend a day reading what in the snot it is I type all day long which I hope you read. Then, I had to read your comments to see if what in the snot it is I type all day long is what you would think would fit the requirements. Well, all except two. Those came straight from my stats page. (Thank you to WordPress for the excellent analytics on the platform.)

Most beautiful piece:  War Sucks I am not into beautiful often (or here). And the conversation which followed this one borders on the most controversial.

Most helpful piece: Credit Cards: How Much Debt Is Too Much Not much around here is rated as helpful.

Most comical piece: Sex is Overrated  The fifth installment of Friday Follies.

English: An illustration by J. C. Leyendecker ...

Happy New Year 2012

Most popular piece: Saturday Evening Post (4) This post would spawn (and rival) my most controversial piece.

Most controversial piece: Try This On For Size This post involved the opinions of many of the regular commenters to M3 and some newcomers from IRL and social media.

Most surprisingly successful piece: So, I am a Snob. And? The first installment of the Friday Follies, one of the most popular features on M3.

Most underrated piece: Top 10: What NOT To Say There truly are things you should not say.

You are more than welcome to disagree with my choices in the comment section below.

And the award goes to…

Alexandra’s Heep of Everything

What’s in a name? Honesty in advertising.

The Aware Writer

Outstanding photographs, which frequently find their way into my posts, writing and long tail pointers, creative pieces and a dragon.

Diminishing Gene Pool

She is descended from a long line of women who have opinions on things they know nothing about.

Incoming Bytes

Worrywart’s Guide to Weight, Sex & Marriage

Nicknamed “How to Raise Adrenaline Starved Thrill-Seekers and Still be Fat and Happy”. Say that three times fast… I dare you.

Remember, guys and dolls,

Clickety, linkety, likety to the blogs and the amazing Dolly for M3’s newest award!

(Idly wonders what comes next. Hmm. Aah, maybe a nap. Falls asleep sitting before the screen. Awakens with crick in neck and wrist. Reads instructions to award, three hours after it publishes. “$@#^ I knew I forgot something.” Wanders off to deliver goodies.)

  6. Dear Red, congratulations, your having received the no-less-than prestigious 7×7 Link Award was definitely well-deserved . Your blog posts are wonderful, informative, analytical, and hilarious –a combination that is no less than excellence itself and an inspiration to all.

In addition to that, you are distinguished, witty, and insightful; and, right on the front door of M3, you proudly flaunt the winking neon sign displayed by only the BEST bloggers which reads:

    “Don’t like it? BITE ME” … “:)))

I would like to thank you for nominating Incoming Bytes for the next generation award, too, you are too kind!

    • Thank you for calling into this one. Some of them were easy to miss when I was still posting three times per day. I miss the fun of posting that often, but have so many other projects to work on. It makes me very mindful of what I do post here. You are very welcome for your award. Actually, both of them 😉 You do deserve them both.
