Flash in the Pan

“But she is the most beautiful girl I have ever seen.”

“Tell that to the string of broken hearts she has in her wake.”

“I can win her back from the dark side.”

“You have lost every single marble, haven’t you?”

“No, my charisma can charm any woman or beast.”

“You would be better off with a blood-sucking, fang-gnashing, snarling beast.”

Welcome to "Flash in the Pan"

Welcome to “Flash in the Pan”

Coming in at a measly 62 words against the limit of 100, this flash features the word marble. The name of the new book for the quarter is Boys and Their Toys. Day one, flashers jumped out of the woodwork. Stop in and give a round of applause. Your comments help them know they are on the right track!

EDIT: This post should have gone live almost a month ago. I am currently looking into what would possess me to schedule a month’s worth of posts for next year.

Happy Flashing!

Have you known someone who was enamored with a poisonous person? Could you do more than shake your head?

  2. Don’t get me started…. beyond enamored to fatal attraction to jail time – a friend from long ago who sliced poison’s chest open with a kitchen knife. You know that had to hurt.

Those were the days – sex, drugs, rock n’ roll, et. al.

  3. Someone has a serious problem here. I do believe his mustache is glued on too tight. *giggles*

I don’t wonder how well this will turn out.
