Frannie closed the newspaper, smoothing the pages. Obituaries were her daily breakfast reading.
Her smile was wry. Yes, Marcel had gotten her wedding present of vintage wine. Knowing he and his bride had shared it on their wedding night somehow did not ease her brokenhearted mood.

/ January 7, 2013The Obituary confirmed proof of delivery and that the plan worked but I can’t guess what the plan was… Frannie is a tough customer. Ha ha. My initial conclusion was a syringe through the cork but if that’s not it, I’m stumped.
