Capture the Beast!

Snapshots of children are the touchstone of lifelong memories. Making them good photos, and not just blackmail fodder for the teenage years, is easier than you may think. It does not take over-advanced photography skills or ridiculously expensive equipment to capture your little beast for posterity.

Saturday Evening Post

The end of a very busy week is finally here. I have returned to jobs I cannot stand, suffered some loss and learned something. Some things, actually. Grab a cuppa, pull up a rocker, and I shall stoke the fire.

Wasting

Time is a measured resource we all know to have a finite amount, even if we do not know how much of it is our own. We mete it out in minutes, hours, days and so forth to accomplish those things we deem important and necessary. Occasionally, we let it slip away.
